The Opportunity We're seeking a passionate, patient-focused Oculoplastic Coordinator to guide patients from consultation through surgery. This role is central to the patient experience and partners closely with physicians to coordinate care, schedule procedures, support growth initiatives, and assist with cosmetic and aesthetic services. This is a highly visible role that blends patient counseling, surgical coordination, insurance navigation, scheduling, and aesthetics marketing . What You'll Do Coordinate patient care from consult through surgery for oculoplastic and cosmetic procedures Schedule all surgeries and oversee clinical/surgical calendars to maximize utilization Educate patients on oculoplastic and cosmetic procedures and follow up on potential candidates Create and communicate out-of-pocket estimates; collect and post payments Manage surgical paperwork, consents, booking sheets, and clearances Handle insurance eligibility, authorizations, denials, and prior approvals (including MRI/CT) Bill surgeries and maintain accurate patient records Follow up on cancellations and missed opportunities to facilitate rebooking Support internal and external marketing efforts, including outreach events and aesthetics promotion Track inventory, manage cosmetic pricing, and coordinate with vendor reps What You'll Need to Succeed Strong verbal and written communication skills Comfort providing white-glove patient service Outgoing, empathetic, and confident interacting with patients daily Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving skills Flexible, adaptable, and collaborative mindset Nice to Have (Not Required): Knowledge of ocular pharmacology Experience with physician outreach, social media, or internal marketing Physical Requirements Regular standing, walking, and use of hands Occasional lifting up to 10 lbs Our Commitment Spectrum Vision Partners is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
