Time Saturdays Required :
8:20am - 2:30pm We are looking for an experienced, bilingual Patient Treatment Coordinator to help guide patients through their treatment plans and train our front‑desk team on effective communication. This role focuses on improving case acceptance, strengthening patient relationships, and supporting the growth of our practice.
Responsibilities:
Present treatment plans clearly and confidently in English and Spanish. Explain procedures, benefits, and financial options in a patient‑friendly way. Train front-desk team (2-3 people) on communication, scripts, and patient experience. Role playing. Improve case acceptance through strong follow-up and clear messaging. Handle new patient calls, scheduling, and treatment questions.
Requirements:
2-3 years of dental front-office or treatment-coordination experience. Bilingual English/Spanish (required). Strong communication and patient-education skills. Confident discussing treatment, insurance basics, and financial options. Organized, proactive, and team-oriented.
