Patient Care & Scheduling CoordinatorEstero Optics - Estero, FL Estero Optics is a modern private optometry practice in Estero, Florida led by Dr. Joseph Convertino, who has served Southwest Florida patients for over 20 years. We are seeking an energetic, personable, and motivated team member to help reconnect with existing patients, schedule appointments, and support practice growth. This is an ideal position for someone who enjoys speaking with people, building relationships, and helping patients receive quality eye care in a friendly private practice environment. Responsibilities Call existing patients to schedule eye exams and follow-up care Follow up with patients by phone and text message Help reactivate inactive patients and introduce them to our new Estero location Schedule appointments and manage patient communications Educate patients on services including comprehensive eye care and dry eye treatment Assist with front desk and patient coordination as needed Maintain professionalism and excellent phone etiquette Compensation Hourly pay: $18-22/hour depending on experience Performance bonuses available Additional compensation for appointments that are scheduled and completed Example bonus structure: $5 bonus for each patient successfully scheduled and seen for an exam Additional bonuses available based on monthly performance goals Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable speaking on the phone throughout the day Organized and self-motivated Positive personality with strong people skills Prior medical, optical, dental, or front desk experience preferred but not required Experience with scheduling software or patient communication systems is a plus About Estero Optics Estero Optics is a growing private practice focused on personalized eye care, advanced technology, and dry eye treatment.
