SUMMARY The Resident Care Coordinator under the supervision of the Wellness Director, is responsible for direct care of the residents, training, developing, evaluating and supervising the care team work on all shifts, scheduling, and personnel problem solving.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Serves the residents as a member of the direct care team, while leading co-workers in gaining exceptional skills, dedication and compassion. Identifies staff development and training needs and ensures that training is obtained. Evaluates and verifies team member performance through the review of completed work assignments and work techniques. Handles incoming phone calls and greeting incoming staff, visitors, etc. Serve as a point of contact, advocate, and informational resource for resident, family,care team, and community. Assists the Wellness Director with Interviews to fill open positions and relays the offer information to the BOD to schedule the onboarding Provide managerial capacity in the absence of the Wellness Director. Other administrative duties as directed by the Wellness Director. Required Skills and Qualifications Scheduling experience necessary In- Person med tech certification High School Diploma required Must be able to work Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday -Saturday Expected hours: 40.0 per week
