Job Description

We're looking for a Resident Care Coordinator to join our team! Resident Care Coordinator duties include but are not limited to contributing to Community's relationships by demonstrating cooperation and professional conduct with residents, families, fellow associates, physicians, pharmacies, and other vendors.
Responsibilities:
Oversees all phases of care for the residents as well as supervisor of care staff Responsible for the training of new staff and retention of staff Responsible for creating the schedule, ensuring a goal of monthly consistent scheduling Maintain records and files for residents Assist team in completing tasks and training the team on new processes and systems Auditing the team for care to ensure residents are being provided care as reflected in their care plans Ensuring the team understands their roles and responsibilities Communication with doctors and family members is necessary Required experience: Must have a current and valid Florida Med Tech Certification. Minimum of two years' experience in a Geriatric, Long Term Care, or Assisted Living setting Must have or be able to obtain a valid First Aid Certification Speak, read, and understand the English language Beneficial to have a prior knowledge of the OARs Why join us?
