In this energetic role, you will coordinate client services, support staff, and ensure smooth communication across all levels of care. Your dedication will help foster a positive environment that prioritizes patient needs and promotes efficient care delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Staff Coordination:
Oversee and manage the scheduling of care team members, ensuring appropriate coverage for all client needs.Facility Operations:
Open and close the facility, providing assistance with daily office operations as needed.Client Onboarding:
Travel to clients' homes as needed to conduct onboarding visits, establish services, and ensure a smooth start to care.Caregiver Onboarding:
Facilitate the onboarding of new caregivers by completing orientation activities, reviewing policies and procedures, and ensuring readiness to provide care.Administrative Duties:
Assist with office functions such as document filing, maintaining office supplies, and performing general administrative tasks in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.Client Care:
Ensure that care teams are well-equipped and supported in their efforts to assist clients in maintaining a safe and independent living environment at home.Additional Duties:
Perform any other responsibilities as directed by management to ensure smooth daily operations and high-quality care.Requirements:
Valid driver's license. High School Diploma or GED (required). Bachelor's degree strongly preferred. Ability to travel up to 15% of the time. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.About Capstone Home Health:
