Starting at $24 hourly About the Role Jacksonville Complete Dentistry is looking for an organized, patient-focused Dental Treatment Plan Coordinator to join our team. This is a hybrid, high-visibility position — you'll spend part of your day building and presenting treatment plans to patients, and the rest of your day supporting our front desk operations. If you like variety, thrive in a fast-paced office, and enjoy being the friendly first and last face a patient sees, this role is for you.Please note:
This position is not purely back-office treatment planning. Candidates should expect to regularly rotate onto front desk duties, including checking patients in/out, answering phones, and managing scheduling — especially during busy periods or staff shortages. We're looking for a team player who is comfortable wearing both hats, not someone seeking a desk-only or single-function role. What You'll Do Treatment Plan Coordination Present treatment plans clearly to patients, explaining procedures, timelines, and costs Coordinate with dentists and hygienists to ensure plans are accurate and up to date Follow up with patients on pending or incomplete treatment plans Partner with our Billing Coordinator on insurance and cost questions as needed Maintain accurate records of treatment acceptance and scheduling Front Desk Support Greet and check in/out patients with warmth and professionalism Answer and route incoming phone calls Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments Keep the reception area organized and patient flow moving smoothly Step in to cover front desk gaps during lunch breaks, call-outs, or peak hours What We're Looking For Prior experience in a dental office (treatment coordination, and front desk required Comfortable multitasking between patient-facing sales conversations and administrative/reception work Strong communication skills — you can explain a treatment plan and also manage a busy phone line Must have Dentrix experience A flexible, "whatever the day needs" attitude — this role shifts between coordination and front desk coverage daily Why Join Us Medical and Dental benefits PTO and paid holidays after 90 days Growth opportunities Supportive team environment where cross-training is valuedPay:
