We are a growing private dental group seeking an experienced Treatment Coordinator to support multiple locations in North Palm Beach, Jupiter, and Stuart. This role is ideal for someone with a clinical background as a Dental Assistant who understands dentistry, insurance, and patient communication. The right candidate will be confident discussing treatment plans, explaining financial options, and helping patients make informed decisions about their care. What You'll Do Present and explain treatment plans with confidence and compassion Educate patients on recommended treatment, insurance benefits, and financial responsibilities Verify insurance coverage and review benefit breakdowns Coordinate pre-authorizations and insurance estimates Assist patients with financing options and payment arrangements Work closely with doctors and clinical teams to support treatment acceptance Follow up on unscheduled treatment and outstanding patient needs Maintain accurate patient documentation and communication records Travel between our North Palm Beach, Jupiter, and Stuart offices as needed Qualifications Previous Dental Assistant experience required Prior Treatment Coordinator experience preferred Strong knowledge of dental insurance, benefits, and treatment planning Ability to explain complex treatment in a clear, patient-friendly manner Excellent communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between offices Schedule Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM No evenings or weekends Compensation & Benefits Up to $28/hour based on experience 401(k) with up to 4% employer match Major paid holidays: New Year's Day Memorial Day Independence Day Labor Day Thanksgiving Day Christmas Day Accrued PTO Opportunity for growth within a privately owned, expanding dental organization If you're passionate about patient care, understand dentistry from both the clinical and administrative side, and enjoy helping patients say "yes" to treatment, we'd love to meet you.
