Hours are from 8:30 am to 6 pm. Orthodontic office experience preferred.

Job duties include:

Provide a positive patient experience Managing the New Patient Process Confirming new patients Verifying insurance benefits Calling dental offices Reviewing treatment options with patients Reviewing finances with patients Reviewing patient treatment agreements and informed consents Follow up with patients who haven't started treatment Must be willing to travel between offices as needed. This office team travels to an office in Davie/ Weston 2x/ month. Marketing event participation requested 2 times per year. We offer a positive work environment where your contributions matter.
