We're a privately owned, fully out-of-network dental practice looking for a Treatment Coordinator who knows how to have real financial conversations and close cases, not chase patients with vague follow-up calls. This isn't a scheduling job. It's a patient advocacy role. You'll help patients move past uncertainty and confidently invest in their health and confidence. You'll lead financial conversations, convert treatment plans into scheduled care, and ensure patients receive the treatment they truly need. You'll work directly with the doctor in a privately owned practice where ownership is valued, performance is rewarded, and your impact is visible single day.

What You'll Do:

Convert presented treatment into scheduled appointments Lead financial conversations with confidence and empathy Follow up on unscheduled treatment plans within 24 hours Reactivate overdue patients and rebuild momentum Help maintain a full and productive schedule Coordinate closely with the doctor and clinical team Maintain organized follow-up documentation and patient records What success looks like: You know a case is moving or it isn't. You don't give patients an open exit, you give them a next step. When someone says they need to think about it, you find out what's actually stopping them and address it. You track your conversion rate and you care about the number.

What we're looking for: Experience in a sales, financial, or treatment coordination role. Comfortable presenting costs ranging from hundreds to tens of thousands of dollars. You go deeper when someone hesitates, you don't give space. Detail-oriented and consistent with follow-up documentation. Ability to manage multiple priorities, follow-up calls, in-office consultations, reactivation outreach, and schedule coordination. Dental experience helpful but not required, the right mindset matters more. We believe the best Treatment Coordinators don't chase patients, they advocate for them.
