Job Description

We are a private dental office seeking a full-time Treatment Coordinator who is enthusiastic, confident, organized, and excellent at building trust with patients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping patients move forward with needed care, understands how to communicate value clearly, and can keep the front office running smoothly. You will play an important role in treatment presentation, patient follow-up, scheduling, and financial conversations. We are looking for someone with strong people skills, professionalism, and the ability to learn quickly. Dental experience is preferred, but we are open to training the right person on Dentrix, office workflow, and our systems if they are coachable and motivated. Responsibilities Present treatment plans clearly and confidently Help patients understand recommended treatment and next steps Follow up on unscheduled treatment and help patients commit to care Answer phones and support front-office flow as needed Schedule appointments efficiently and help maintain a productive schedule Collect copays and balances professionally Communicate well with the clinical team to create a smooth patient experience Maintain accurate records and protect patient confidentiality Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills Professional, polished, and positive attitude to build rapport with team and patients Strong organization and follow-through Comfortable discussing treatment, scheduling, and finances Ability to multitask in a busy office Dependable attendance and willingness to learn Preferred qualifications Dental front office or treatment coordinator experience Dentrix experience Familiarity with dental insurance Experience discussing treatment plans or patient financial responsibility What we value most We value honesty, warmth, coachability, professionalism, and the ability to connect well with patients and teammates. Pay:
$19.00 - $27.00 per hour
