The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing patient treatment plans, ensuring effective communication between patients and healthcare providers, and facilitating a smooth patient experience from initial consultation through treatment completion. This position requires strong organizational skills, strong sales skills proficiency in Dental Office management, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care. Duties Coordinate patient treatment plans by collaborating with healthcare providers to ensure all necessary information is accurately documented and communicated. Provide clerical support as needed, including filing documents, managing correspondence, and maintaining an organized office environment. Educate patients about their treatment options and assist them in understanding their financial responsibilities. Qualifications Previous experience in a dental clinic setting is preferred. Strong sales and communication skills Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with patients and staff
