About the
Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Treatment Coordinator to join our team at All Smiles Orthodontics. The Treatment Coordinator works very closely with the Orthodontist on patient treatment planning and coordination of treatment sequences. All Treatment Coordinators complete several weeks of initial and thorough sales training and extensive ongoing training and coaching. Top Team Members exhibit empathy, confidence, and drive as well as excitement for prospect of making an impact on people's lives!
Responsibilities:
Serve as first point of contact for prospective patients/families experiencing dental issues and looking to learn more about our services. Prepare patients for exams and post treatment evaluations. Present diagnostic records to Orthodontist to help them evaluate and create treatment plan for patients. Support prospective patients by thoroughly explaining our services and how they differ from competitors or other alternatives. Exhibit empathy, compassion, and conviction when speaking with prospective patients with the goal of helping to impact their lives for the better. Provide patients and families with proper orthodontic care instructions, dental health education and diet recommendations. Create a welcoming environment and make patients feel comfortable by interacting and getting to know each patient. Coordinate needed appointments with specialty dental clinics and keep patients' general dentist informed of treatment plans. Ability to empathize and advocate for our prospective patients to take the next step. Show confidence and expertise overcoming cost and other common prospective patient objections.
Skills:
As a Treatment Coordinator, you will use your knowledge of dental terminology and dental insurance to manage patient treatment plans and help our patients and families feel setup for success early on in their treatment journey. You will also use your clinical documentation skills to ensure that patient records are accurate and up-to-date. Additionally, your exceptional customer service skills will be critical in providing a positive experience for our patients and their families. Finally, your proficiency in Cloud9 software will allow you to efficiently manage patient records and treatment plans.

Monday•Friday 7:50AM•5:00
PM Benefits Offered Pay Range:
$20•$24 Hourly •based on experience
Locations:
St. Petersburg, Largo, Palm Harbor, Clearwater, New Port Richey, Seminole Team members must be willing to commute to all 6 locations

Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Experience in a dental or medical office setting Knowledge of dental terminology and medical insurance Proficiency in scheduling appointments and managing clinical documentation Experience with insurance claims and medical billing
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with orthodontic patients Certification in dental assisting Familiarity with orthodontic software and technology Cloud9 3+ years of Treatment Coordinator or Sales Experience
