Here's what we are looking for: A experienced and driven Treatment Coordinator who genuinely likes people and can read a room. Someone who takes a hesitant family and turns them into a confident yes, without ever making it feel like a sale. What you'll actually be doing: Running new patient consultations from start to finish and turning the doctor's plan into a decision families feel good about Presenting fees, payment options, and financing, and making insurance actually make sense to people Owning follow-up with every patient who is still thinking it over, so nobody slips through the cracks Preparing contracts and getting new cases officially started Keeping clean records and tracking your own conversion numbers, and being the steady, friendly point of contact during the biggest decision a family makes here The details: Part time, Monday and Friday with some Wednesdays, 8:30- 5 pm $25-27 per hour In-office You'll work directly with patients and the whole team Orthodontic treatment coordinator or sales experience required This role has room to grow as Brooks Orthodontic Studio continues to expand Ready to apply?
