Job Description

Position Overview:
The Treatment Coordinator plays a key role in our orthodontic team by ensuring a seamless and engaging patient experience from the initial consultation through becoming a new patient. This role requires excellent communication skills to clearly present treatment plans, convert prospective patients into committed ones, coordinate appointments, and manage financial discussions with patients and their families. The ideal candidate will be skilled in relationship-building and providing exceptional patient care throughout the treatment process.
Expected Expertise:
Excellent interpersonal skills Sales experience Keen attention to detail Strong understanding of orthodontic procedures and patient care Proficient in dental software and electronic health records Ability to adapt to new technologies quickly Strong organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Proficiency/Experience:
A suitable candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a dental or orthodontic setting, focusing on patient coordination, treatment planning and sales.
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$22.00 - $24.00 per hour
