We're looking for a friendly, professional, and compassionate Dental Treatment Plan Coordinator to join our team and play a vital role in helping patients achieve their best smiles.

PREVIOUS DENTAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Care & Communication:

Greet patients with warmth and professionalism, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued. Clearly explain treatment plans, addressing patient questions and concerns with empathy. Educate patients about their treatment options, financial arrangements, and insurance benefits.

Treatment Coordination:

Collaborate with dentists, specialists, and clinical teams to create and present personalized treatment plans. Schedule appointments efficiently, ensuring a seamless patient experience and productive office flow. Follow up with patients to confirm treatment acceptance and assist with next steps.
