Essential Functions Serves as Cook/Northern Emergency Foster Care and Shelter Care Coordinator. Serves as liaison to Emergency Foster Care and Shelter Care providers within assigned regions. Conducts contract compliance, program monitoring, and/or fiscal management reviews of assigned providers to ensure compliance with contract terms and to address program plan performance outcomes. Attends, conducts, and/or participates in various meetings, community events, and work groups as assigned. Maintains and enters complex information and systems of data collection to ensure that daily provider reports, annual audits, and narrative reports are submitted within timeframes indicated in the program plan. Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumerated above. Minimum Qualifications Requires knowledge, skill, and mental development equivalent to completion of a master’s degree. Requires two years of progressively responsible professional experience in community organization, social service work, or in program planning and development.
