Responsibilities:

Meet one-on-one with patients to present comprehensive treatment plans clearly and compellingly Guide patients through the financial investment in their care — fee-for-service, payment options, and third-party financing — with transparency and confidence Build genuine rapport that earns patient trust and drives same-day or near-term scheduling Follow up with undecided patients with professionalism and persistence — you don't let great treatment plans collect dust Partner closely with the doctors and clinical team to ensure seamless hand-offs from the chair to the consultation Track and report on treatment acceptance rates and pending treatment

Patient Advocacy:

be a champion for the patient and for the practice

Qualifications:

Comfortable discussing treatment fees averaging $5,000-$25,000+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment High level of accountability and a desire to grow professionally
