Treatment Coordinator | Full-Time | Premier Family Dentistry | Libertyville, IL Join Our Growing Team! Premier Family Dentistry is seeking a friendly, organized, and patient-focused Treatment Coordinator to join our team in Libertyville, IL. We are looking for someone who enjoys building relationships with patients, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and serves as a key connection between the clinical team and our patients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with healthcare or dental office experience who is looking to grow their career in a supportive, team-oriented practice. For candidates without dental assisting experience, we are willing to provide cross-training opportunities.

•1:00 PM (2x per month) What You'll Do Serve as the welcoming face and voice of the practice Coordinate and manage patient scheduling Act as a liaison between patients and the clinical team Present treatment plans and help patients understand recommended care Follow up on outstanding insurance claims Assist patients with questions regarding treatment and financial arrangements Perform front desk and administrative duties as needed Help create a positive patient experience from check-in to check-out Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in a similar healthcare or dental office role preferred, but not required Strong communication and customer service skills Outgoing and professional personality Organized with strong attention to detail General computer proficiency Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Team-player attitude with a willingness to learn What We're Looking For Positive, energetic, and patient-focused Strong relationship-building skills Dependable and organized Comfortable discussing treatment and coordinating patient care Motivated to grow within a dental practice Why Join Premier Family Dentistry?
