Job Description

Krupa Desai and the team at Haven Dental Studio are looking for a cheerful and patient-focused Front Desk / Treatment Coordinator to join our growing practice. These are the values we want our Team Members to prioritize:

What We're Looking For:
  • Minimum of 1 year of dental office experience (required).
  • Friendly, upbeat, and professional personality.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable discussing treatment plans and financial arrangements.
  • Experience with scheduling and insurance verification (preferred).
Responsibilities:
  • Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism.
  • Coordinate schedules and patient appointments.
  • Present treatment plans and discuss financial options.
  • Verify insurance benefits and assist with claims processing.
