If so, you might be a great fit for our amazing team! We are currently accepting resumes for energetic New Patient Service Specialists to join our growing private practice. Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to scheduling new patient appointments for multiple locations and specialties by speaking with and ensuring each patient receives an exemplary customer service experience from first contact; answering and managing a high volume of phone calls, faxes and other electronic communications; obtaining and entering accurate patient demographics, insurance information and all required documents into the EMR system; communication with referral sources, other team members, insurance companies, etc. and various other duties related to this role. Our ideal candidate will have Exceptional Customer Service skills, be bilingual in English and Spanish, be reliable, flexible, courteous, helpful and friendly. You must be self-motivated, have a "sense of urgency" in the carryout of all tasks, be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment, be able to multi-task, have attention to detail and be highly organized. You must be a team player and have a passion to help provide an outstanding experience for our patients and customers.
