Overview Join our team as an Orthodontic Appointment Coordinator. In this vital role, you will manage appointment bookings, coordinate patient flow, and support the orthodontic team in delivering top-quality care. Your communication skills and attention to detail will help foster a welcoming environment for all patients while maintaining efficient office operations. Duties (including but not limited to) Greet patients and complete check-in/check-out process Schedule orthodontic appointments Answer multi-line phone system Maintain reception and front office areas Manage inventory of office supplies Qualifications Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing; bilingual abilities are highly desirable Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Proficiency in basic computer skills Prior clinic or dental office experience is preferred Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude; familiarity with multi-line phone systems is beneficial Join us in making a difference by providing exceptional administrative support that keeps our orthodontic practice running smoothly!
