Job Description
This position participates in indirect patient care including answering patient's questions concerning their health care by telephone, and documenting prescription requests and patient information into the EHR system. Answer phone calls and voicemails from patients, providers and health care facilities using a multi-line telephone system. Provide triage service to patients relating to health care questions and prescriptions as dictated by practice and regulatory guidelines. Enter patient messages and Triage communication into EHR system including those which require further assistance from clinical assistants and providers.
