Located at 23044 Cherry Hill St, our office is known for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a welcoming and professional environment. We're seeking someone who thrives in patient communication and case acceptance — someone who can confidently present treatment plans, close cases, and get patients scheduled quickly and efficiently.
Job Description:
Present treatment plans and discuss financial options with patients Verify insurance and process claims Schedule and confirm appointments Manage patient accounts and phone inquiries Collaborate with the front desk team to ensure a seamless patient experience

Monday:
8:30 AM•6:00
PM Tuesday:
8:30 AM•6:00
PM Wednesday:
8:30 AM•6:00
PM Thursday:
8:30 AM•6:00 PM One Saturday per month (Sept-May): 8:30 AM•1:00
PM Requirements:
Must have 2+ years of Treatment Coordinating experience in dental field Must be organized, detail-oriented, and highly reliable A positive, professional demeanor with great communication skills
