6 Grand Rapids, MI Job Details Full-time 17 hours ago Qualifications High school diploma or GED Full Job Description The Controls Commissioning Coordinator provides administrative support to the Controls Commissioning management team. This role is responsible for project resource tracking, system administration, documentation maintenance, and supporting internal initiatives in the Controls Department.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides day-to-day administrative support to manager, including coordinating daily activities, schedules, travel, and other activities. Assists in coordinating team and department meetings and workshops, including agendas and follow-ups. Manages departmental administrative tasks such as third-party PO creation and timesheet completion and accuracy. Administers Jira boards and other systems for various teams within the Controls Department. Supports expense report completion, submission, and approvals on behalf of manager. Follows up on overdue tasks and distributes weekly Jira reports. Provides administrative support for cyclical performance management activities such as quarterly objective reports and performance review meetings. Serves as a liaison between Controls Commissioning and other internal teams/departments. Coordinates internal initiatives led by the department manager (e.g. onboarding tools, process updates, team documentation). Provides back-up support to department administrative assistants. Performs other duties as assigned.
Education:
High school diploma required.
Experience:
At least one (1) to three (3) years of coordinator or administrative support experience. Skills & Abilities Organization and Time Management

Physical and Cognitive Requirements Ability to remain stationary at a desk for prolonged periods of time. Ability to lift and carry supplies and materials up to 20 lbs on occasion. Ability to use office equipment, computers, and various electronic devices constantly throughout workday. Ability to move around office environment and reach with hands and arms regularly. Ability to communicate with others verbally and in writing, on a frequent basis. Ability to focus and complete tasks throughout workday in office environment.
