Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for patients, guiding them through treatment plans and financial options with clarity and confidence Schedule appointments efficiently while managing the practice's calendar to optimize patient flow Explain treatment procedures, costs, and insurance coverage transparently to ensure patients are well-informed and comfortable Collaborate with dental team members to coordinate patient care and follow-up appointments Verify insurance benefits, process payments, and assist with billing inquiries to support smooth administrative operations Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with privacy regulations and practice policies Foster positive relationships by providing exceptional customer service that encourages patient retention and satisfaction Experience Prior experience working in a medical or dental office environment is highly preferred Strong knowledge of medical terminology and administrative support processes enhances your effectiveness in this role Proven ability to handle office tasks efficiently while maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor Familiarity with dental office procedures, scheduling software, and insurance processing is advantageous Excellent communication skills are essential for explaining complex information clearly and empathetically This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to contribute to a vibrant healthcare setting.
