Present treatment plans and discuss financial options with patients Verify insurance and process claims Collect co-payments Schedule and confirm appointments Manage patient accounts and phone inquiries Collaborate with the front desk team to ensure a seamless patient experience Must have 1+ year of front desk experience at a dental office Must have experience using
