ORTHODONTIC TREATMENT COORDINATOR
Preferably 1 year of experience as a Dental Chairside Assistant , ideally in orthodontics. Experience & Training Dental or orthodontic experience, including X-rays and digital scanning , is preferred but we can train you. We will provide training to help you become confident in both the clinical side of the position and the complete patient journey—from first contact to New Start. Experience in sales or customer service is a plus. We value consultative skills—not aggressive selling. We are looking for someone who enjoys helping people , communicates well, learns quickly, and follows through. You will guide patients from their first contact with our practice to the moment they confidently begin treatment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Connect with leads and build trust from the first contact. Welcome new patients and guide them through their consultation. Take X-rays and digital scans and prepare patient records. Be the bridge between the doctor and the patient , helping patients understand their treatment and next steps. Answer questions and handle objections with empathy . Present financial and insurance options. Facilitate case acceptance and scheduling . Be consistent with follow-up until the patient is ready to make a decision. Keep financing, insurance, scheduling, and follow-up organized. Turn consultations into New Starts through education, guidance, trust, and follow-up.

SCHEDULE
Monday through
Friday:
9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. On doctor days, we start at 8:30 a.m.
