Job Description

Duties:
  • Coordinate and schedule patient appointments and follow-ups
  • Home Visits and Client Assessments
  • Involves traveling to People's homes , On Call hours nights and weekends. extra Compensation for Weekends as well as nights. Covering Shifts if someone calls off in the field. Must have Valid Driver's License Looking for someone is reliable and dedicated to their job.
  • Spot Checks in Homes
  • Assist with patient intake and registration process
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Communicate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care
  • Provide administrative support to medical staff
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from patients and other healthcare professionals
  • Manage and organize medical office supplies and equipment
Skills:
  • Proficient in medical terminology and documentation
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of medical administrative support procedures
  • Familiarity with office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office)
  • At least three to five years' experience in health care preferably in home care.
