Skills Extensive experience in assisted living facilities or nursing homes, with a solid understanding of senior care dynamics. Proven supervisory skills with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams effectively. Strong background in developing and managing care plans for residents with Alzheimer's disease or other forms of dementia. Knowledge of medication administration protocols and compliance standards within long-term care settings. Excellent organizational skills with experience in budgeting, operations management, and resource planning.
