Resident Assistant Caregiver

We are currently seeking a Resident Caregiver Aide to join our supportive team in creating a safe, respectful, and dignified environment for our residents.

Responsibilities:

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility Monitor residents' health and report changes to nursing staff Support residents during mealtimes and assist with feeding as needed Maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment Follow care plans and facility protocols to ensure resident safety and satisfaction

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a caregiver, home health aide, or similar role preferred Ability to lift, move, and transfer residents as needed Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented Must pass background check and meet state regulatory requirements
