Ries Orthodontics is looking for an exceptional Treatment Coordinator to become the face of our new patient experience. This is not a traditional front office position. We are searching for someone who enjoys building relationships, connecting with families, helping patients understand the value of orthodontic treatment, and guiding them confidently toward a life-changing decision. What You'll Do As our Treatment Coordinator, you will: Create an outstanding first impression for every new patient and family Build rapport and establish trust during consultations Obtain diagnostic records and coordinate new patient visits Review and explain treatment recommendations Present financial arrangements confidently and professionally Answer patient questions and overcome concerns with empathy and understanding Follow up with prospective patients who have not yet started treatment Work closely with the doctor and clinical team to improve the patient experience Help increase treatment acceptance through excellent communication and relationship-building The Ideal Candidate You may be a great fit if you: Love interacting with people and building relationships Have a positive, energetic personality Are confident discussing treatment and financial options Are highly organized and detail-oriented Enjoy helping patients make important healthcare decisions Thrive in a goal-oriented environment Take pride in creating exceptional customer experiences Have experience in orthodontics, dentistry, healthcare, sales, hospitality, or customer service Orthodontic experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
