Job Description

Community Services Coordinator The Community Services Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all aspects of the CooperRiis Spravato program. The Coordinator will also offer administrative support to the Asheville Community Program and Partial Hospitalization Program.
Location:
Asheville, NC Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8:30 - 5 pm with a 30-minute lunch

Shift Salary:
Starting at $19.20 per hour and increases based on experience
Responsibilities:
Coordinates the Spravato program, working with prescribers, nursing team, and finance department to complete verification of benefits, prior authorization, scheduling, and guiding residents through the sessions Completes all related clinical financial documentation and communication Provides care coordination and administrative support, supporting the clinical and medical teams on treatment, discharge planning, and implementations Works closely with the team and residents promoting movement through the programs and addressing logistical barriers to discharge planning Develops, maintains, and is knowledgeable on a library of resources for referral purposes in collaboration with other campus Care Coordinators Reviews and addresses challenges with the administrative processes within the role in collaboration with the supervisor Attends weekly scheduled meetings
Qualifications:
Preferred bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or other related field Experience working with adults recovering from significant mental health challenges, preferably in a residential mental health or substance use recovery setting CooperRiis is an equal opportunity employer.
