Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and organized Patient Relations Specialist to join our chiropractic office, where we specialize in providing patients with corrective chiropractic care that provides symptomatic relief to patients but also restoring function to the body. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting patients, managing appointment scheduling, handling phone inquiries, processing patient intake forms, and maintaining a welcoming environment. Exceptional communication skills are essential for effectively interacting with patients and staff, as well as understanding chiropractic care procedures. Familiarity with electronic health records and insurance processes is a plus. This role is critical in ensuring a smooth operation within the clinic while providing compassionate support to patients on their journey to improved health.
Responsibilities:
Warmly greet patients as they arrive/ assist with checking them in, ensuring a welcoming environment. Answer phone calls/ respond to messages promptly, providing information and support to patients with a professional demeanor. Provide new patients with necessary information about the practice, services offered, and the corrective care process, including x-ray analysis and orthopedic examinations. Orient patients to the office layout and procedures to enhance their overall experience. Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently while managing the calendar for the chiropractor. Attention to detail when filing patient insurance claims ensuring efficiency and accuracy. Help manage the clinic's social media pages by creating engaging content and responding to inquiries to promote services and patient engagement. Perform light cleaning and organization duties to maintain a clean and orderly office environment.
Qualifications:
  • Strong patient/customer service skills, fostering a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for all patients.
  • Prior experience with patient assessment and intake processes, ensuring smooth operations within the office.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, for managing patient data and scheduling tasks.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage social media and marketing efforts to enhance the clinic's visibility.
  • Keen attention to detail, ensuring thorough cleaning and maintenance of a professional front desk environment.
