Home Care Agency is looking for the very best caring, compassionate RN's & LPN's to become part of our team. This position involves providing hands-on bowel program through digital stimulation and/or suppository insertion care to our clients. Maintain a safe and healthy environment for our clients.

Flexible Schedule Responsibilities:

Provide bowel stimulation to patients and suppository insertion Provide ADL's to clients after completion of bowel and bladder care Observe, assess, documents and reports patient response to treatment to RN Supervisor Investigates and resolves patient/family member concerns regarding patient care Ensures the highest quality of care is provided to patients by reviewing documentations

Minimum Qualifications :

Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an LPN Have experience providing bowel and bladder care and suppository insertion Have reliable transportation Superior listening, processing, and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills You must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done .

Physical Demands:

Combination of sitting, standing, bending, reaching, stretching, stooping, walking, climbing stairs and moving intermittently during working hours.
