Hybrid Psychotherapist in Rocky Mount, NC

We are seeking a compassionate integrated therapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMHC or LMHC-A) to join our primary care team in Rocky Mount. In this role, you will provide rapid behavioral health assessments and brief interventions for patients during their primary care visits, supporting whole-person health in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Schedule:

Onsite clinical days: Monday to Thursday Admin/remote day: Friday No weekends or on-call What You'll Do Conduct brief, solution-focused assessments for patients referred by their PCP Deliver evidence-informed short-term interventions Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary primary care team Complete timely EHR documentation and coordinate care Qualifications Active license: LPC, LMHC, LMFT, or LCSW LMHC-As are welcome to apply, supervision is available Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills Experience providing therapy independently in a clinical setting Proficiency with EHR and knowledge of community resources What We Offer Dedicated clinical and administrative support Access to ongoing training and professional development Competitive Compensation, with an estimated compensation range of $60,000 to $85,000 annually with the opportunity to earn incentives.
