Pay:

Overview Are you an enthusiastic, detail-oriented person who enjoys helping patients feel confident about their care? We're looking for a dedicated Treatment Coordinator to join our team. At the heart of this role is helping patients understand and choose the financing option that works best for them — walking them through costs, payment plans, and coverage so they can move forward with treatment with confidence. Responsibilities Explain financing options clearly and help each patient choose the plan that best fits their needs and budget. Present treatment costs to patients and coordinate the financial side of their treatment plan. Manage insurance verifications and benefits breakdowns. Serve as the liaison between patients and clinical staff on scheduling and financial matters. Handle all patient interactions with professionalism and confidentiality. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in our practice management software. Qualifications Previous experience in a dental office is preferred (1+ years a plus). Familiarity with dental terminology, treatment procedures, and insurance billing is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to connect with patients and staff. Detail-oriented and organized, able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. A team player who keeps patient care at the center of everything.
