MR/IDD. 1.

Ensure that service is provided to consumers based upon PCP plans to support ongoing billing in the absence of support staff i.e. (Assigned, Designated, Routinely Scheduled, etc.) and review of documentation in Therap. 2. Maintain individual record for each consumer to include individual goal plan, progress towards goals, social psychological and medical information and reports, financial information and other pertinent and significant data. 3. Must know how to develop PCP in Alpha, NC-Snap, short term goal devlopment, and monthly site visits. 4. Supervise group home leadership, assist with schedules and provide coverage as needed within a 24 hour 7-day week facility. Computer, organizational, leadership skills essential. Experience with the MR/IDD community preferred and supervision experience for 2 or more years.
