The ideal candidate will be professional and will work well as part of a team. The Social Programming Associate will attend resident programs both on and offsite, assist residents, and accompany residents on trips as needed, always ensuring their safety. This position will also assist with program set up and organization of events. A genuine interest and compassion for the aging and ability to maintain a cooperative and courteous attitude despite simultaneous tasks in a fast-paced environment is a must. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer experience required. Experience in activities and/or senior living experience is highly preferred.
