Job Description
LCSW and Clinical Care Coordinator About the position We are seeking an experienced licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) and clinical care coordinator to provide diagnostic and evidenced based psychological therapies to pediatric and adolescence patients and their families as well as supervision and training of junior psychotherapists. This position can be based out of any of our New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, or Rhode Island clinics. We also set up a local regional clinic(s) for new clinical employees to provide both in-clinic and virtual consultations and treatments for new hires who do not reside in one of these states. You will be part of a interdisciplinary clinical team providing the following mental health services conducting: Intakes and initial exams Specialty exams Individual and group psychotherapy Couples and family psychotherapy if applicable Behavioral therapy and behavioral training with patients and parents if applicable Coordinate clinical services for
PHP / IOP
patients Necessary Qualifications LCSW licensed in New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, New Mexico or Rhode Island and have or be eligible for telehealth certification A minimum of 7 years of clinical experience Established expertise in diagnosing and treating patients with neurodevelopmental and psychiatric disorders across the lifespan Preference will be given to candidates in PHP / IOP and/or substance use disorders experience Salary and Benefits Competitive base salary with quarterly performance related cash bonuses and benefits as described within for full-time employees (healthcare, retirement plans with company contributions up to 3% of each employee's salary annual and paid leave including holidays). Some benefits also available for part-time employees. Salary is based on education/degree, years of clinical and program development experience and interpersonal skills working with patients, their families and team members. A signing bonus is also offered which is paid out at the end of the employees' 3-month probationary / credentialing period. Part-time employment options are also available and can be discussed with candidates during their interview if a full-time W2 salary is not preferred. About the NeuroCognitive & Behavioral Institute (NCBI) The NeuroCognitive & Behavioral Institute specializes in diagnosing and treating cognitive, neuropsychiatric, and neurobehavioral disorders in pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. We have 5 clinical programs/centers that are represented in each of our 4 outpatient clinics in New Jersey and we operate in several other states across the US via our outpatient clinics and our interactive telehealth programs: 1) The Neurodevelopmental Diagnostics and Treatment Center; 2) The Center for Acquired and Traumatic Brain Injury; 3)The Mind-Body Neuropsychiatric and Mental Health Disorders Center:
