Home Care Coordinator - Full Time This is a Full Time position with a primary schedule of 8:30am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday Parker Jewish Institute for Health Care and Rehabilitation, located in New Hyde Park, NY, is seeking a highly motivated Home Care Coordinator, knowledgeable to join our Certified Home Health Agency department. The Home Care Coordinator is responsible for a variety of tasks under the general guidance of the Administrators, including but not limited to scheduling, management of client care,communication with clients and staff, staff supervision and general office duties.
