  • Full-time Vital Home Care is seeking a full-time Bilingual Care Coordinator (Spanish/English) .
Coordinators ensure that patients receive quality care through effective communication and administrative tasks.
Hours:
Monday
  • Friday:
    9:00 am
  • 5:00 pm
Responsibilities :
Communicate effectively with patients, aides, and vendors Ensure cases are properly staffed and scheduled Ensure quality services to patients Perform data entry tasks

Qualifications :
A minimum of 1 Year of Office Experience. Excellent time management, problem solving & people skills. Strong analytical thinking, communication & organization skills. Compassion and empathy. Strong attention to detail. Able to effectively use a computer, training provided for non-Microsoft programs. Bilingual is a plus
