Dental Treatment Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

Present and explain treatment plans to patients Discuss financial options and help patients schedule treatment Keep doctors' schedules productive and full Confirm upcoming appointments and manage schedule changes Assist with daily front office operations Answer phones and respond to patient questions professionally Schedule appointments and maintain efficient patient flow Provide excellent customer service and patient support Coordinate communication between patients, doctors, and staff Verify insurance benefits when needed Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Support patient retention and recall efforts

Note:

Insurance claims are outsourced, so this position focuses mainly on patient coordination, scheduling, and front office management.

Qualifications:

Bilingual in English and Spanish required Dental office experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Friendly, professional, and dependable Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Experience with dental software preferred (Open Dental/Weave is a plus)
