Job Description
Dental Position- Treatment & Financial Coordinator, Scheduler Full Time Career Position for Dental Front Office. Seeking an enthusiastic, outgoing and reliable team member for a Full Time position. This is a concierge, treatment and financial coordinator position. On-going training will be provided to help you reach required benchmarks. You need to be proficient at presenting finances to book dental treatment, understanding insurances and how to present accurate copayments and to know when patients exceed insurance maximums. As you go along, a thorough understanding of case development is needed. A medical and/or dental background is preferred. A minimum of one year is preferred. This position will also encompass the basic duties of a front office team member. Our goals as a business is for our patients to have a stellar customer service experience each and every time that they visit us.
