This is a high-demand independent contractor opportunity for professionals who want the freedom to control their schedule while doing deeply meaningful work in the community. As an Independent Clinical Assessor, you will conduct face-to-face assessments for individuals ages 14+ across Clinton and Lycoming Counties, helping drive critical support planning, service eligibility, and long-term care decisions.
