We are accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF). Our team of clinicians have extensive training and experience working with clients of all ages in individual therapy, couples therapy, family therapy, and group therapy. About the Role Grace Harbour is seeking a Licensed Therapist to perform comprehensive outpatient behavioral health assessments via telehealth for individuals and families referred through our community and state partnerships. This role is ideal for clinicians seeking flexible hours, remote work, and supplemental income while contributing to meaningful outcomes. Conduct clinical and psychosocial assessments in accordance with South Carolina Medicaid and Rehabilitative Behavioral Health Services (RBHS) Manual (RBHS) standards. Complete required clinical documentation within agency and payer timeframes. Formulate accurate diagnoses and treatment recommendations. Coordinate with internal and external providers as needed to ensure continuity of care. Maintain compliance with all ethical, legal, and professional standards. Participate in required trainings and maintain active professional licensure. This description outlines the general scope and level of work for this role.
