Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic fully licensed therapist to join our established practice treating children and adolescents. Providers open to all age groups are also welcome. Cognosis Health is a growing multi-specialty behavioral and medical practice serving patients across Michigan, Florida and New Jersey -with continued expansion underway. We're dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care for individuals and families. Our collaborative environment combines mental health and medical care under one umbrella; offering providers a supportive team, streamlined systems, and flexibility in scheduling.
What We Offer:
Flexible scheduling (full-time or part-time, hybrid or remote) Dedicated on site administrative and billing support Collaborative team of psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, physician assistants and therapists Steady patient referrals and marketing support Opportunities to specialize (trauma, family therapy, EMDR, veterans/first responders, etc.) Competitive compensation based on experience and licensure 2 locations in Michigan including
Grand Blanc and Bloomfield Hills Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality, ethical, and compassionate care to patients Conduct assessments, therapy sessions, and medication management (as applicable) Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Collaborate with our multi-disciplinary team to coordinate patient care Participate in case reviews or team meetings as needed
Qualifications:
Active state licensure as one of the following: Therapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LPCC, etc.) Psychologist (Ph.D. or Psy.

D.) Experience with telehealth preferred but not required Strong communication, professionalism, and organizational skills Join our Team!
