Privately Owned Cosmetic Dental Office in Warwick, RI Onsite | Full-Time Monday-Thursday | 8:00 AM - 5:00
PM Starting Salary:
$23-26 per hour plus performance bonus Medical Insurance Available Immediate Opening About Us We are a boutique cosmetic dental office focused on delivering a high-end patient experience with exceptional care and attention to detail. We are looking for a professional, experienced, and energetic Dental Front Office & Treatment Coordinator to help support the day-to-day operations of the office, coordinate patient care, manage treatment follow-up, and contribute to the continued growth of our practice. Responsibilities Greet and communicate with patients in a professional, calm, and polished manner Manage patient scheduling, confirmations, cancellations, and follow-up Coordinate treatment plans, patient estimates, financial arrangements, and treatment follow-up Handle dental insurance verification, benefits, claims, EOBs, billing, and collections Help maintain an organized and productive schedule Communicate with patients by phone, email, and text in a professional manner Support daily front office operations and administrative tasks Coordinate with the doctor and clinical team to support a seamless patient experience Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a positive team attitude Qualifications Minimum 3 years of dental front office or treatment coordination experience preferred; strong candidates with excellent communication, organization, and follow-through will be considered Strong knowledge of dental insurance and billing Experience with Dentrix software preferred Excellent organizational and communication skills Self-starter with enthusiastic and positive energy Professional demeanor with strong leadership ability Looking for a long-term opportunity with growth potential What We Offer Competitive starting salary Stable long-term position with opportunity for advancement Privately owned, one doctor practice Supportive and professional team culture Apply today if you are organized, driven, experienced, and ready to grow with a modern cosmetic dental practice.
