Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced In-Home Care Service Coordinator to oversee caregiver scheduling and ensure seamless delivery of In-Home Care Services. This management role will require strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to step in and provide direct care when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Scheduling:
Coordinate and schedule caregivers to meet client needs while maintaining compliance with regulations and company policies.
Direct Care:
Provide in-home care services as needed, particularly in cases of caregiver absences or emergencies.
Team Management:
Supervise and support caregivers, ensuring they have the resources and training necessary to deliver excellent care.
Client Liaison:
Maintain strong communication with clients and their families, addressing any concerns or changes in care requirements.
Administrative Duties:
Handle administrative tasks such as documentation, analytics, and reporting to ensure compliance with health regulations and company standards.
Quality Assurance:
Monitor the quality of care provided and implement improvements as necessary to enhance client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Proven experience with in-home care coordination or a related field. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices. Certification in CPR/First Aid preferred Why Join Us?
