Job Description

Full Time, 1st Shift, 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday The Spine Care Data Coordinator will coordinate the efforts between surgeons, other physicians, hospital administration and staff while tracking the progress of the program and Patient Reported Outcome Data. Will serve as the person responsible for Patient Outcome Data collection, entry of data into national data bases, analysis and reporting of data at scheduled meetings. Teaches pre-op classes, monitors outcomes and patient satisfaction, develops and coordinates teaching materials. Also functions as Spine Care Navigator, person who coordinates and communicates patient care status among spine professionals, primary care physicians, and the patient. Rounds post-operative patients to perform bedside teaching. Works to resolve work-related issues. Performs any other job-related duties as requested by Supervisor or Department Director. Associates degree required in a health-related field; bachelors preferred. Excellent organization, teaching, communication, and conflict resolution skills. Ability to work independently.
